Hey, Whose Side Are You On, Anyway?

There are times you've got to open your eyes and see what's there in front of you. Yes, it's been there for a while, growing daily in size and threatening to disrupt your life, but you just ignored it. 

Hey, remember when you knew that you were pregnant, that you would be bringing a new life into the world, you accepted the new reality, and began making plans. There would have to be changes in your priorities of course. Money that might have enabled an educational goal must now be alloted to the well-being of, and provision for, this new life that you are carrying.

"This is not convenient", you wanted to say, "and maybe if I ignore it, it will just go away." 

Human babies 'do not just go away', and neither does anything else that God plants in this world. 

Now, that growing reality, that situation, that looming menace . . .

doesn't go away . . . it just sits there . . . growing bigger every time you allow a glance in its direction . . . still, again, you ignore it.

Suddenly the situation is imminent. Because you earlier refused to look, to recognize the danger and take action, that little

'inconvenience' has become a sinkhole into which you will probably be dragged, destroying your life and the lives of those you love.

IT IS TIME TO DECIDE!
