The not-quite-semester-long study of Hebrew, taught by a 

professor transplanted from Scotland, was such a JOY!

Problem was, that the cataract in my right eye was worsening now

to the point that I could scarcely see, and the blind spot from the

macular degeneration in the left eye didn't help.

 

My car had been repossessed. My nearly-new loveseat sleeper was 

stolen from the basement of the church where it was left for

safe-keeping. Self-pity was a very real temptation! 

 

Was God still my Father? Did He love me? Were His promises in the

Holy Bible still available to me when I believed them, and thanked Him

for applying them in my life? We had a talk about it . . .

He and I . . . Oh my! 

As I felt His peace and joy, I knew the relationship was there

alright - not based on how I felt, or on what was happening to me. 

Father loved and accepted me because 

I had accepted Yeshua/Jesus, His Son, as my Lord and Savior.

It was as simple as that!

 

Father's CHESED had been working in my life for many years.

His mercy was often seen and heard.

His tender, loving-kindness continued to amaze and delight me,

and Father filled me with His Peace.

 

So today we share our graphic of the Hebrew word, CHESED -

God's mercy, His tender-loving kindness expressing His Love

to His believing childen. Although I had little computer experience 

at the time - although I was half-blind - 

I deeply love my Heavenly Father, and want to share His love

with the world. 

Please receive this wondrous, glorious, gift of His Grace

through the shed Blood of Yeshua/Jesus upon the Cross of Calvary.
