The Debts We Owe
Everyone is a debtor. A newborn child owes its human life to the father and mother who brought that life into the world. The Ten Commandments given to the world through Moses and the Children of Israel includes the importance of honoring one's earthly father and mother. Foster Moms and Dads must be honored as well. Let us not forget our grandparents.
The genetic makeup of each human life however, is planned and carried out by our Creator. During the course of human history this could not be understood until this present age of technology.
Now we have vast libraries, family, civil and church records, and the ability to easily find, identify and collect these records from wherever we may be in the world, through portable computers. This website is an example.
When a family member does extensive research on branches of their "family tree" they can have amazing results. Wisdom and humility are required in such a search, as the true motivation of each researcher will be revealed.
Then there is the truth factor. History is full of deceptive documentation.
Much of humanity's early history was passed down through oral tradition.
One generation retold a story to the next generation, who passed it to their own descendants. Of course, each ruling authority wanted to make his or her best impression.
It is important to note that the Holy Bible - scriptures of the Old and New Testament - made honest historic presentations of people and situations.
How can a researcher know the true from the false - the real facts and events as opposed to the fiction woven by a clever story-teller?
Because, sometimes the person telling a story has a personal motivation . . . an agenda . . . that colors the design of an historical tapestry. For instance, they may think to themselves,
"Here I am at Point A. Since I want to get to Point B, and there are many roadblocks, I'll just have to get some help to shove those roadblocks out of my way. If there are laws in the way, then they must be removed - one way or another. If personal and national, even global history is in the way, it's got to be put where it can not be seen and heard - covered up, as it were. As far as faith in that "BOOK" is concerned, I'll just tell some lies and cause the gullible to think that I believe that book - I don't.
After all, a man named Joseph Goebels said that "If a lie is big enough, and told often enough, it will eventually be believed."
Yes, that's the answer. Just tell the big lies, and tell them over and over again. Oh yes, and I will use psychological tools such as mass hypnosis to further my lies. Social paranoia works well too. Then when my power base is big enough, I'll take away "their" guns, and bring out my own army, which will of course, have plenty of guns . . . and knives . . . and lasers . . . and cyber-spy tech, and electrified, wired fences, and so on. Support from big money and big Hollywood have worked well too.
So here we are in 2012. We'll have an election soon and that's when I plan to seal the deal. Just watch me!"
